Economic Coaching

In the "Economic Coaching" we connect contents of the classical consulting with methods of the coaching. The aim is the improvement of the self regulation ability ("help to the self-help") of our clients by the realisation of their concerns or the solution of their problems. In the course of our aim & solution oriented company we promote the self-reflection and self-perception by select methodologies and questions under inclusion of the personal resources our clients. You develop in the conversation with us thoughts, question your planning and intentions, discuss specific enterprise situations or look for alternatives. Thus you reflect in a "protected space" without having to justify yourself: independently, emotionally uninvolved, on an equal footing.

You reflect and evaluate together with us. We listen, question situations and facts, sensitise, moderate, guide through the process, and consolidate the findings. We do not offer primarily solutions, but guide you through different perceptions, open other perspectives to you and stimulate thus to alternative thoughts.

In this process, your specific knowledge and individual experience are important to us! We introduce methods, contents, and our experience into the process and use our knowledge from varied enterprise practice & lectureships.
