Since 2006 we handle jointly with our clients problem formulations of the everyday life for which solutions are searched. We unfold our strengths in particular when it is a matter of optimising specific individual duties. Where "soft" human factors of influence hit on economic "hard" facts we work together with you for the purposes of a future oriented development of a company. And we are convinced that traditional leadership instruments & methods only will not lead to the expected results. It requires other aspects as regards future-oriented management of companies!

We have developed our approaches from our long existing practice in relevant areas.

From experience in management responsibilities, we know that organisations can not be managed by operational figures only. In fact a sensitive interaction of the most varied aspects is essential!

In classical consulting projects it became clear to us how insufficient one-sided views and procedures are! It became clear to us that the challenges mastered from own strengths, as well as solving problem-loaded situations by applying own knowledge, lead to the most persuasive results!

After all our activity as lecturers has taught us always keep an eye on practical issues without losing the overview.
